2. What we sell

We create custom pet artwork from customer-supplied pet photos. Depending on the options available at checkout, orders may include digital downloads, printed artwork, canvas prints, framed pieces, or related fulfilment services.

3. Uploads and previews

You are responsible for uploading a clear, appropriate pet photo that you have the right to use. Previews are generated from your uploaded image and chosen style. Because each portrait is custom-made, the final artwork may vary slightly from examples shown on the website.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers or card security codes on our servers. Prices are shown in South African rand unless stated otherwise.

5. Printing, fulfilment, and delivery

Printing and fulfilment happen in South Africa. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and may vary due to courier, address, production, or seasonal factors. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact details.

6. Cancellations, refunds, and damaged items

Because our products are custom-made, cancellations and refunds are limited once production has started. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved order, contact us as soon as possible with photos and your order details so we can review the issue and offer a suitable remedy where appropriate.
